How to bulk export PDF invoices from Shopify store
Bulk exports
Mega PDF Invoices app allows you to export multiple invoices at once, saving time when handling large volumes of orders. There are two ways to do this:
Export using order selection
This option lets you generate PDFs for specific orders:

Go to the Orders page (using the Shopify admin menu on the left).

Tick the checkboxes next to the orders you want to generate invoices for.

Open the Actions menu and select Invoice bulk export (docx or pdf)
Bulk export by date range
This option lets you export all invoices within a specific date range:

Go to the PDF Invoices app menu and open the Bulk exports tab. Select Bulk export by date range.
2. You’ll see a menu to choose the date range for which you want to export invoices. Click the Bulk Export Orders button to generate the PDFs.
Both methods allow you to quickly obtain PDF files of all required invoices for download or sending to clients.
